Til Mar Design Inc. is a family-owned kitchen and bath company with a showroom and slab warehouse at 1708 S. 25th Street in South Philadelphia. Since 1994 we have designed, supplied and installed granite, quartz and marble countertops, Waypoint, UltraCraft and Executive cabinets, and floor, wall and backsplash tile for more than 1,000 kitchens and bathrooms in Center City, Northern Liberties, South Philly and the Main Line.

Countertops
Hundreds of granite, quartz and marble slabs in stock at our South Philadelphia warehouse, plus onyx and specialty stone. Pick your exact slab in person; we measure, fabricate and install it.
Kitchen Cabinets
Semi-custom and custom cabinetry from American manufacturers Waypoint, UltraCraft and Executive Cabinetry, in maple, cherry, oak, hickory, painted and thermofoil finishes.
Tile & Backsplash
Floor, wall and backsplash tile in glass, metal, porcelain, travertine and natural stone, including designer lines you will not find at a big-box store.

We help you plan the layout and pick cabinets, the slab and tile together, then give you a clear written estimate.
3Measure & order
We measure on site, order your cabinets and tile, and schedule countertop templating once the cabinets are in.
4Install
Our installers deliver and install everything, and we stay your contact after the job is done.

Do you install, or only sell materials?
Both. We can supply materials only, or design, supply and install your cabinets, countertops and tile as one project. Most homeowners have us do the whole job.
Do you work on the Main Line and in Center City?
Yes. Much of our work is in Center City, Northern Liberties and the Main Line towns of Bala Cynwyd, Merion, Wynnewood, Ardmore, Haverford, Gladwyne and Bryn Mawr, as well as throughout South Philadelphia.
Can I choose my own granite or quartz slab?
Yes. We keep hundreds of granite, quartz and marble slabs in stock. Natural stone varies from slab to slab, so we encourage you to see and pick the exact slab for your kitchen.
Which cabinet brands do you carry?
We carry Waypoint Living Spaces, UltraCraft and Executive Cabinetry, all American-made semi-custom and custom lines with many door styles, woods, stains and painted finishes.
