Til Mar Design Inc. is a family-owned kitchen and bath company in South Philadelphia. Since 1994 we have supplied and installed kitchen cabinets, granite, quartz and marble countertops, bathroom vanities and tile for homeowners, builders, designers and commercial contractors across Philadelphia, the Main Line, South Jersey and Delaware. More than 1,000 kitchens and bathrooms later, the same family still runs the business and still answers the phone.
Our Showroom and Slab Warehouse
Our showroom and warehouse are at 1708 S. 25th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145, in the heart of South Philadelphia. Customers come here to walk through hundreds of in-stock granite, marble and quartz slabs and pick the exact one for their kitchen, compare cabinet door styles and finishes from Waypoint, UltraCraft and Executive Cabinetry, and see our floor, wall and backsplash tile in person, including glass, metal, porcelain and travertine.
Seeing materials together makes decisions easier: you can lay a cabinet door next to a slab and a tile sample and know the combination works before anything is ordered.

Where We Work
Most of our projects are in Center City (Rittenhouse, Fitler Square, Society Hill, Old City), Northern Liberties and Fishtown, South Philadelphia, and the Main Line: Bala Cynwyd, Merion, Wynnewood, Narberth, Ardmore, Haverford, Gladwyne, Bryn Mawr and Villanova. Working in old rowhomes, historic buildings and high-rise condos for three decades has taught us to plan for tight stairs, uneven walls, building rules and city parking. See all service areas.
